Bee Cave is a small community of homes about 20 miles west of Austin, and is home to Spanish Oaks, a popular golf course community. Southwest Austin / Barton Creek / Circle C
Southwest Austin is conveniently located minutes to Downtown Austin and many major employers. The area has been made popular by the beautiful scenery, affordable housing, and proximity to Downtown. Children in Southwest Austin attend Austin ISD schools.
Southwest Austin is home to some of Austin’s most family oriented communities, such as Barton Creek and Circle C, and many neighborhoods have a suburban feel. Families enjoy great shopping, parks, and fun weekend activities at the nearby attractions such as the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower and the Veloway.
Spicewood is approximately 22 miles from Northwest Austin. Properties in Spicewood range from quaint lake houses, modest family homes, and elegant estates. Children attend either Lake Travis ISD or Marble Falls ISD.

Tarrytown/ Deep Eddy/ Pemberton/ Brykerwoods
The neighborhoods of Tarrytown, Deep Eddy, Pemberton, and Brykerwoods comprise the popular West Austin area. These neighborhoods are some of the most prestigious, with tree-lined streets and consisting of quaint cottages, multi-story homes, gracious upscale homes of all ages and sizes.
