I hope to educate you through your home selling experience, while making it as fun and easy as possible and acquiring you the most amount of money in a time frame that meets your needs.

Because of my hands-on personal experience in real estate, I am capable of providing clients with competent knowledge, attention to detail, and first-class service. I am fully committed to continuing my education, being knowledgeable of the market, and making lifelong clients through uncompromising honesty and integrity. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Joey, and yellow lab puppy, Buddy. I love the outdoors, cherish time in the kitchen preparing a good meal, and enjoy entertaining friends and family in my home.

My job during this process is to be your facilitator and to help you understand what will be taking place before, during, and after this transaction. I will help you price your home, market your home, and stage your home. I will obtain feedback from agents that show your property. Once you receive an offer, I will be there to explain the contract and negotiate the best deal for you before and after the option period of the home. I will get your home through the closing process efficiently and timely, making sure documents and the enormous amount of paperwork are done correctly. I will be your experienced guide throughout this process even after closing.

After you close, this is when our relationship really beings. I have found that I can be the most help to you, after the closing. The process does not end once you close! I have annual parties, recognize clients for referrals sent my way, send out a contractor referral directory annually, and mail/email you useful (or just fun) information on a regular basis.
